All our products come with Standard support powered by an extensive online self-help portal, online document library and chat assistance, plus telephone support, software updates and returns warranty for the first 12 months.
The Gold support package extends the features of Standard with added benefits, to provide a greater level of cover. Gold support is ideal for users that require faster response times and have a need to manage support budgets on a multi-year basis.
The Gold Advance is our highest level support package, providing total peace of mind and is ideally suited to users that require maximum uptime on their network.
