El Paso based Action Systems have developed innovative new integrated systems comprising Vocality's V25 multiplexer/router into their new TRM-25E and TRM-25B tactical terminals.

Both systems offer two voice circuits, integrated Vocality bridge/router, TCP acceleration by Vocality's PEP and a combination of AC and DC power supplies and long life battery power cells capable of providing hours of mux/router operation whilst also providing top-up power to external BGAN terminals such as those from Thrane and Thrane.

Features of the new system include:

• Weight : 2.3 to 4.6lb
• 2 Voice/Fax Channels with STU/STE Support
• Bridge/Router with Optional PEP
• Serial Data
• 21 to 34 w-hr UPS Battery
• DC, AC and Solar Power Supply Compatible
• Suitable for use over BGAN and other Satellite Networks
