At Vocality, we pride ourselves on providing customers with a personal service and understand that each customer is different and support requirements may vary. In consideration of this we have three levels of Service Package offerings, Bronze, Silver and Gold. These packages have been created to give you the flexibility to receive the level of support your particular business requires.

All Vocality hardware and software comes with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. Once this warranty is expired you have the option to purchase a Service Package. When comparing the Service Package choices ensure that you select the coverage option that best meets the needs of your business. All Service Packages are available on a one year term, payable in advance.

By having a Service Package you can be assured that your Vocality products are covered at a fixed annual fee giving you the ability to budget. In the unlikely event that the worst should happen, our fully trained Technical Support team will be on hand to assist you and resolve your problems.
