Legacy Products
Vocality's policy from January 1st 2011 is that support is not available for the legacy products listed below, except in cases where the equipment has been provided recently as part of a special arrangement.
In some cases, an upgrade path is available from legacy products to new. These products have not been manufactured for 5 years and most are non RoHS compliant.
In addition, VOS 7 carries no support for any of the hardware in these platforms.
Models not supported include:
- V50 (Original)
- V100
- V5
- Simulator 2
- Sonata
- Cantata
