Users worldwide have attended and benefited from Vocality's training programme, called Vocality Certified Engineer. Whilst training can be provided by way of a scheduled Standard Training Course or Advanced Training Course, Vocality can also offer bespoke training.
Standard Training Course
Length: 2 days
Prerequisites: Understanding of IP
Course Overview
This two-day course provides students with an introduction to Vocality products and their capabilities and feature sets. The course includes an overview of Voice, serial and IP features and configuration.
Through demonstrations and hands-on labs, students will gain experience in configuring and monitoring the Vocality Operating System (VOS) and monitoring device operations.

Advanced Training Course

Prerequisites: Vocality Standard Training Course
Course Overview
This two-day course provides students with more advanced knowledge of Vocality product feature sets configuration examples and fault finding process. The course includes an overview of IP routing features (RIP, OSPF and BGP), Service Management and QoS. It also covers Vocality proprietary protocols such as Intelligent IP Aggregates and Packet Aggregation.
Through demonstrations and hands-on labs, students will gain experience in configuring and monitoring the Vocality Operating System (VOS) and monitoring device operations.
