V25
Over the years, Vocality has delivered thousands of multiplexers and routers to mobile and fixed satellite network operators. Evidence of this experience can be seen in Vocality's smallest multiplexer - a device which offers smart solutions to the demands of the satellite user. The V25 is small. Inside the hand-portable chassis lies a powerful mux and router platform delivering voice and data with a minimum of physical space and link bandwidth - and importantly, a minimum of cost too.
The V25 provides functionality in line with the performance of the other next generation platforms such as the V50plus and the V150.

Tributary Ports
With 2 FXS telephone ports available in each chassis as standard, a dual port router and serial data, this unit is ready - out of the box - to be a low cost communications platform. The V25 offers the same Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation, tributary and aggregate flexibility that users of the other multiplexers from Vocality have come to enjoy. The V25 also, however, offers some clever tricks. Firstly, it offers PEP (TCP Acceleration), alongside support for Vocality's own VoIP (Bandwidth Optimised SIP), with the option to deploy up to 30 IP telephony phones using SIP-based VoIP signalling. SNMP can also be supported through feature key activation.
The Aggregates
The V25 can interface to any other Vocality device, using either TCP/IP or serial aggregates. The V25 also offers a USB2 interface for future integration with Inmarsat systems.Application Suggestions
