Moving cards from a V150 into a V200 - or vice versa

Option Cards

The range of option modules and cards available for Vocality products has never been more flexible. Vocality has developed a module form-factor which allows modules to be used in both the mobile unit - the V50plus - as well as the rack mount devices - the V150 and V200.

V50plus offers flexible module options.

V50plus : Modules

The Analogue Voice Card (FXS), Analogue Voice Card (FXO) and IP Switch module all fit into the V50plus - up to two cards per chassis. The cards deliver a bank of RJ45 sockets which are presented at either end of the V50plus chassis when an option module is installed.

V150 and V200 : Modules + Standard CPU Card

The Standard CPU Card shares much of the same design as the V50plus motherboard - but it presents one of the free option slot spaces onto the back panel of the V150 or V200. This free option slot can house the Analogue Voice Card (FXS or FXO) or IP Switch Card. In a similar way, the Digital Voice Card can be installed onto the Standard CPU Card with it's secondary card installing into the spare second slot on the Standard CPU Card to deliver Dual E1 Functionality.

Finally, the Serial Data Card is a standalone card delivering up to 12 channels of serial data for aggregate or tributary activities.
